Among our wide range of tribofinishing machines, we also offer an effluent treatment system. Our ABC01 machine guarantees effluent treatment by centrifugation. It is equipped with a sludge bowl and is available in 3 different models:
During each tribofinishing cycle, effluents are emitted. These effluents must be treated in some way, as they cannot simply be dumped down the drain as they are.
In fact, these waters are loaded with various particles, including traces of chemical additives, metal and abrasive residues, ceramics and plastics, which give the water a cloudy appearance.
Our ABC01 tribofinishing centrifuge is therefore proving to be more than necessary for the treatment of effluents discharged by tribofinishing machines during the processing cycle.
Thanks to its indispensable action, the ABC01 centrifuge will recycle dirty water, enabling it to be reused in future tribo-finishing processes.
All our tribofinishing machines are equipped with a drain plug that can be connected to the ABC01 centrifuge via a hose.
It is via this pipe that residual water can be emptied from the machine’s treatment tank and sent to the effluent treatment centrifuge.
It features two side tanks: a waste water tank, where dirty water is stored until it can be treated, and a clean water tank, where effluent is stored once it has been treated.
Once the machine is ready for effluent treatment, the dirty water is treated by centrifugation in a sludge bowl, which rotates at high speed to press solid particles against its walls, while the water flows into tank number 2, for clean water.
NB: Different types of coagulants and flocculants can be used in the effluent treatment process, depending on the composition of the effluent.
