VBD series

VBD series dryers are designed with a separation system and a drain plug for evacuating corn cob. The special shape of the elliptical processing tank optimizes the drying surface of the parts, while minimizing processing times.
A special feature of this model is its single-speed motor, with adaptable weights set to transfer vibratory motion for the most efficient finishing. This makes the VBD series dryer the model of choice for continuous or batch processing of parts, which can be loaded into the drying machine via the dedicated side loading chute.
The VBD dryer is equipped with heating resistors designed to heat the vegetable abrasives, mainly corncob, which dries parts by absorbing moisture, acting like a sponge.
Corncob also plays a role in finishing parts, providing a high gloss finish.

To guarantee optimum part unloading, the VBD series dryer is equipped with a manually or pneumatically operated folding flap.

TU10D series

The TU10D is the first linear dryer on the market specifically designed for drying large, long and/or irregularly-shaped parts that cannot be processed in traditional circular dryers.

The dryer’s treatment tank is covered with a hot-cast polyurethane coating that is particularly suitable for parts drying applications.

This model requires the intervention of an operator to load the parts into the treatment tank.

Once the parts have been placed in the pre-heated dryer, they are dried using plant-based abrasives suitable for this application.

The acoustic cover is fitted with a dust extraction device.

In addition, the TU10D series dryer is equipped with temperature sensors to ensure that the drying machine does not overheat during operation.

CFD series

The CFD series dryer features a stainless steel treatment tank for drying large batches of small parts, when the use of vegetable abrasives is not possible.

The CFD centrifugal dryer is heated by heating resistors located under the soundproof hood.
This model is also equipped with an air circulation fan located on the hood to circulate heat within the machine.

The parts to be treated are placed in the treatment tank, which rotates in a circular centrifugal motion, generated by a belt and a powerful motor, drying the parts by removing the moisture they contain via a centrifugal process.

At the end of the process, treated parts are clean and corrosion-resistant.

HT2D series

The HT2D series dryer features a hot-cast polyurethane-coated treatment tank, ideal for continuous or batch drying of small and medium-sized parts.

This model is also suitable for all your polishing applications using plant-based or pre-treated abrasives.

How does it work?

In this model, the parts are manually inserted by the operator into the pre-heated treatment tank containing the appropriate plant abrasive.
Once in the vat, the parts are dried by the vegetable abrasive, which acts like a sponge, absorbing moisture while producing a polishing effect on the parts.

CD series

The CD series dryer is particularly suitable for drying large parts, and is highly recommended where plant-based abrasives cannot be used.
Convection is provided by three heating elements. Heat is emitted by a circulating fan.

The CD series dryer is available with an electrical control panel operated via manual controls or via a touch-screen PLC.

The parts to be dried are loaded onto a metal conveyor, which passes through the drying unit and collects the parts as they leave the machine.

HD 3000 series

HD 3000 series dryers are ideal for processing small batches of parts.

The machine’s treatment tank is lined with hot-cast polyurethane.
The dryer is equipped with castors, making it easy to move around.
The HD 3000 series dryer also features a drain plug for easy unloading of parts and/or abrasives.

For certain applications, such as cutlery cleaning, a UV lamp is integrated into the soundproof hood.

This model operates on a standard 16A, single-phase, 240V AC power supply.

RD series

RD series dryers are particularly suitable for drying wet parts after they have been processed in tribofinishing machines, thus preventing corrosion of the processed parts.
The special design of the RD series dryer, manufactured with a rotating drying tank, uses suitable plant abrasives to absorb moisture from the processed parts.

  • The special bowl design ensures smooth movement of parts from loading to unloading point.
  • Parts and abrasives are separated by a fixed sieve.
  • Recirculation of abrasives and constant part removal.
