The dual machine is equipped with two treatment tanks:

A hot-cast polyurethane-coated inner tank, ideal for all your parts processing applications.

An external tank designed for drying and cleaning parts after tribo-finishing.

Both tanks are equipped with a sieve grid to separate the parts from the abrasives.

How does the dual machine work?

Once the parts have been processed in the internal tank, the vibratory motion of the tribofinishing machine directs the parts and abrasive to the sieving area.

Abrasives are collected and returned to the internal treatment tank.

Once the parts have reached the end of the sieving grid, they fall into the outer tank, where they are dried and cleaned.
